On $9.42 of postage you pay $10.24. The fee is 35 cents plus 5% of the postage, never under 50 cents and never over $15. It is shown on every quote, receipt and line of your wallet.

When money moves
- When you're charged
- Only when a label is bought. Asking for rates is free.
- If the carrier refuses
- The full amount, postage and fee, goes back to your wallet straight away.
- If you void a label
- The full amount comes back once the carrier confirms the void.
- If our side times out
- The money is held, not spent twice. It settles as bought or returned when the carrier answers.
- Account fees
- None. Opening an account, API keys and the dashboard cost nothing.
